Reservations are taken for all lots and requires a $100 deposit.
The tenant occupying the lot as of February 15th
will have the first right to reserve that lot but must do so
before Feb 20th or the lot reservation will be available to anyone.
Rent on reserved lots starts upon your arrival or January 1st, which ever is earlier.

Single Pay plans must be paid in full by January 1st.
Reservation deposits are not refundable after November 1st.

With 6 months paid rent, we offer free summer storage for your unit.
Otherwise, storage is $10 per month after 4 or more months stay

These rates are for 2 people. Additional persons are $0.75 per day extra.

One small pet (under 20lbs) is allowed. You must clean up after your pet.

Mobile Home lot rent for 2007 - $235 per month.
